Welcome to Cau Lochung. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before utilizing the software platforms, web properties, analytics tools, and algorithmic interfaces operated by Cau Lochung ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, registering an account with, or utilizing any features provided by Cau Lochung, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

Access to Cau Lochung is strictly contingent upon your satisfaction of the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction.
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into an enforceable, binding agreement under applicable United Kingdom and international laws.
  • You are not a resident of or citizen situated in any jurisdiction where the distribution or use of algorithmic digital asset trading tools, cryptocurrency platforms, or derivatives analytics would contravene statutory laws or regulatory restrictions.
  • You are not subject to economic sanctions or designated under any applicable international trade restrictions.

3. Provision of Algorithmic Software

Cau Lochung provides technological interfaces, automated computational scripts, algorithmic signals, and market visualization tools intended for digital asset analysis. You explicitly understand and agree that:

  • Cau Lochung is a technology provider, not a regulated banking entity, licensed broker-dealer, or portfolio management firm.
  • No content, automated output, or platform indicator provided constitutes financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
  • You remain exclusively responsible for setting configuration parameters, reviewing algorithmic triggers, and initiating any live transactions with third-party liquidity providers or exchanges.

4. User Accounts and Security Obligations

When you create an account or request access to the Cau Lochung environment, you agree to submit true, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, API secret keys, and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of security. Cau Lochung will not be liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials under your control.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When interacting with our infrastructure, you agree not to engage in:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, decompiling machine-learning weights, or disassembling our proprietary software code.
  • Deploying automated scrapers, denial-of-service vectors, or automated extraction tools that interfere with platform operations.
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, front-running, or attempting unlawful arbitrage across connected venues.
  • Circumventing geographic IP fences, security firewalls, or authentication restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, proprietary algorithms, predictive models, interface graphics, trademarks, logos, and documentation associated with Cau Lochung are the sole property of Cau Lochung or its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the interface strictly for personal, non-commercial assessment and operational execution, subject to compliance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

The platform, services, calculations, and analytical models are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cau Lochung does not warrant that services will operate without interruption, latency spikes, computational errors, or market discrepancies. Past predictive performance, simulated backtests, and historical indicators are not a reliable guide to future trading performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Cau Lochung, its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, trading losses, liquidation penalties, lost digital tokens, or system downtime arising from your use or inability to use the platform. In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cau Lochung in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under or in relation to this Agreement.

10. Modifications and Contact

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon publication.
